An hour of stretchy, strengthening and lengthening goodness, starting at 9am. Mats & kit all provided but if you have a mat, you may choose to bring it along so you can double up for extra comfort!

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to an alternative class/date/time if notified at least 5 hours before the class start time. Classes and sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full before attending. Class Bundles are non-refundable but the expiration date may be extended under certain circumstances. Only one £5 First Class pass can be used per person.
