Service Description

Our private 1:1 Postnatal Pilates sessions are designed specifically for new mums, providing personalised guidance to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and start your journey back to movement. In each 45-minute session, you’ll work closely with me to restore core connection, improve post-pregnancy posture, build strength, release tension, and rebuild confidence, using the Reformer and Pilates apparatus to safely support and challenge your body, all at your own pace. Prefer to share the experience? You can also book a duo session with a mum friend, so you can support each other while still receiving tailored instruction. Babies are welcome, creating a gentle, calm, and nurturing environment where you can focus on your body, wellbeing, and connection—with the flexibility to bring your little one along. Prepare to feel stronger, more connected, and ready to embrace this next stage of motherhood, with exercises and guidance designed just for you. Invest in yourself, start your journey back to movement, and enjoy a private, supportive Pilates experience with the Reformer and apparatus to help you safely rebuild strength.


Cancellation Policy

Classes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to an alternative class/date/time if notified at least 5 hours before the class start time. Classes and sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full before attending. Class Bundles are non-refundable but the expiration date may be extended under certain circumstances. Only one £5 First Class pass can be used per person.
