Postnatal Pilates

Safely reconnect and rebuild after pregnancy

Welcome to my Postnatal Pilates space—created from my own journey of rediscovering strength, confidence and connection after pregnancy. Pilates supported me through both of my postpartum recoveries, helping me feel at home in my body again and ultimately inspiring me to pursue a career in spreading the magic of Pilates to others. .

I’m passionate about sharing that same support with other mums, whether you’re joining my nurturing Mum & Baby Pilates mat class or choosing the personalised attention of a private studio session. Wherever you are in your postnatal journey, this is a space to move safely, rebuild gently and feel truly supported as you reconnect with your body.

Postnatal Studio Sessions

Our private 1:1 Postnatal Pilates sessions offer personalised support to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy. In each 45-minute session, you’ll gently rebuild core strength, improve posture, release tension, and regain confidence using the Reformer and Pilates apparatus at your own pace.

Prefer to practice with a friend? Duo sessions are available for shared support with tailored guidance. Babies are welcome, creating a calm, nurturing space where you can focus on your wellbeing while keeping your little one close.

Mum & Baby Pilates, Topsham

Join me every Thursday morning at 10:45am for a 45 minute Pilates class, specifically tailored to those who’ve recently or previously been pregnant.

Each class offers a supportive, relaxed space for new mums to rebuild strength, improve posture, and gently reconnect with their bodies—while keeping their little ones close.

​

You will rebuild your abdominal and pelvic floor connection, correct bad postural habits from pregnancy and strengthen, lengthen and mobilise throughout the body. Your chance to care for your wellbeing, meet other mums, and feel stronger and more confident week by week.
