Come and join me for a cosy, festive afternoon filled with movement, creativity and Christmas cheer!

The afternoon will begin with a 60 minute Pilates class — the perfect way to stretch, strengthen and unwind before the Christmas chaos begins.

​

After class, you can tuck into some festive nibbles and refreshments while we get crafty and make our very own beautiful Christmas wreaths.

​

Don’t worry about bringing a thing — everything you need will be provided, and I’ll be there to guide you step by step. Whether you come along with friends or fancy a bit of me-time, you’ll head home feeling relaxed, festive and ready to show off your handmade wreath.

The Afternoon will include:

• A 1-hour Pilates class to get you moving and feeling fabulous

• All wreath-making materials & guidance

• Festive treats and refreshments to keep you fuelled​
