Service Description
Join me for an hour of pure pilates wonderfulness. We'll move through a one hour mixed ability pilates class that'll work us from top to toe. All levels and abilities are welcome and modifications will be offered throughout. Mats & kit all provided but if you have a mat, bring it along so you can double up for extra comfort! Cancellation Policy
Classes and sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to an alternative class/date/time if notified at least 12 hours before the class start time. Classes and sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full before attending. Class and session Bundles are non-refundable but the expiration date may be extended under certain circumstances. Only one £5 First Class pass can be used per person.
