Pilates & Wreath Making Afternoon – Booking Policy We can’t wait to welcome you to this special festive event! 🎄 To keep things running smoothly, please take a moment to read through the booking policy: ✨ Booking & Payment Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Book online at: www.kimberleypilates.co.uk ✨ Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your space from a waiting list. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your space to a friend — just let us know their name in advance. ✨ Event Details The event will run Sunday 30th November, 2:00 – 5:00 pm at Tedburn St Mary. All materials for wreath making will be provided — just bring yourself and some festive spirit! Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled before the Pilates session begins.
